1 Boston Creme donut (my FAVORITE!!!)
1 44 oz Liquid Sanity
Dinner
1 sloppy joe
1 serving cheddar/sour cream chips
Dessert
1 cookies and cream ice cream cone
a few skittles and sour patch kids
Wow... what a healthy day!!! haha...
Now for my goals...
4 bottles of water- yup
food journal- yup
3 meals, 2 snacks- not really. on school days my schedule is messed up!
WATP- no...
Abs/Arms- nada
8pm cut-off- totally
no bad fast food- not really, does a donut count??? Not in my book and it's my goal, so I get to check this one off!!!
